Part A
A study to investigate a drug being developed for the treatment of Acute Optic Neuritis (AON), which can leave people temporarily blind or permanently blind in either one or both eyes. It is hoped that the drug will become a treatment for Multiple Sclerosis and other similar diseases.
Screening Visit 1 (to confirm your eligibility to enter the study)
Screening Visit 2 (EEG and MRI Scan)
Two treatment periods:
Treatment Period 1 3 overnight stays
Treatment Period 2 3 overnight stays
