A study to investigate a new formulation of a test drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. 

The test drug contains an ingredient which has been used for a number of years called Glyceryl Trinitrate (GTN) which is found currently in treatments for heart conditions.

This study consists of a Screening Visit (to confirm your eligibility to enter the study).

Six in-house stays (Afternoon of Day -1 to Afternoon of Day 1)

Post Study Follow-Up visit

Ex-Smokers of 4 months or more
